10-minute self-audit
Can you see where good customer opportunity is being lost?
You do not need a complicated dashboard to start. Answer these questions honestly and look for the first place where the customer journey becomes inconsistent.
1. Response
Do new inquiries receive a clear first response quickly enough, including missed calls and after-hours requests?
2. Next step
Can a qualified prospect easily understand how to book, request an estimate, schedule a consultation, or move forward?
3. Follow-up
When a good prospect does not respond the first time, is there a defined follow-up process—or does the opportunity simply disappear?
4. Repeat business
Do past customers have a reason and a reminder to return, or is repeat business dependent on them remembering you on their own?
5. Measurement
Can you tell how many qualified inquiries become appointments, estimates, customers, repeat customers, or lost opportunities?
What your answers mean
If one or two answers are unclear, that is usually a better place to investigate before increasing ad spend. The goal is not to fix everything at once; it is to identify the first bottleneck worth addressing.
